We’ve known for a while that the situation in San Francisco, California is, let’s say, less than desirable. And we’ve also known that needles and literal crap lines the streets, while crime is excused most times because of the local government’s “tolerant” nature.

But…it’s even worse than we thought.

Avi Yemini and Ezra Levant of Rebel News recently posted an expose on the dire situation “San Fran” is currently plagued by. The majority of complaints by locals interviewed by the pair concerned the dangerous drug Fentanyl and the sometimes violent crime.

“You got walking zombies around here,” one man said. “That’s about it.”

Yemini and Levant focused primarily on the Tenderloin neighborhood in the city, which is known for its dedication to the LGBTQ community. And while city workers are busy painting crosswalks the colors of the Trans flag (pink and blue), actual police officers say the neglect for the safety of local residents comes down to being short-staffed, most likely from the whole “Defund the Police” movement.”

“Is it easy to police this city?” Yemini asked an officer.

“Oh no, absolutely not,” the officer replied. “We’re 600 short.”

After being asked what problems the cop shortage presents, the officer flat out admitted a couple of issues hurting local authorities’ ability to do their jobs.

“There’s not enough police on the street,” the officer added. “So, delayed calls for service, officer safety issues, because there’s not enough people to back you.”

Another young man spoke to Levant about the lawlessness he experiences on daily basis, especially being a homeless ex-con with a Fentanyl addiction.

“I’m trying to get a job. I just got out of jail, actually,” the man said.

“And where do you sleep?” Levant asked following up.

The young man’s answer is heartbreaking.

“Really, I just stay up all night as of right now, cause I’ll get my stuff stolen,” the man responded. “The moment you fall asleep out here, your stuff goes missing right away.”

Yet another man summarized the situation in San Fran.

“Everything’s dead,” the man said. “Everything closed down. Can’t do nothing. Can’t eat. Can’t shop. All these restaurants got rats and roaches down here. I don’t eat s**t down here.”

As mentioned earlier, people say there’s a huge Fentanyl problem in the area, and residents said that people come from other states and cities to San Francisco just because they know they can basically do what they want with little to no repercussions.

Somethings rotten in the city of San Francisco, and local residents — at least from this video — seem to be tired of it.
